| Phoenix House, California, operates two outpatient programs for teens in the San Diego communities of Carlsbad and Point Loma.
The Phoenix House Teen Recovery Centers provide after-school treatment for adolescents and their families. Teens attend intensive sessions at the centers on weekdays with two programs designed to serve clients according to their level of substance abuse.
Parental involvement is a key element of the program. Families take part in extensive education, therapy, and recreation activities throughout the course of the program, and work towards creating a home environment that will support teens in their recovery. |
