| The City of San Diego's 131-acre College Community Redevelopment Project Area focuses on student housing needs, transportation planning, and landscaping improvements. The City is working with the San Diego State University Foundation to provide adequate student housing. Development has begun on several student housing projects, and a large mixed-use project is in the planning stage. |
