The Truancy Supervision Program (TSP) accepts referrals from the Juvenile Court for minors found to be habitually truant from school. The TSP Program supevises approximatley 300 wards of the Court encouraging them to attend school daily and providing referrals to community resources to comply with Court ordered terms and conditions of probation. Students who maintain passing grades and meet other criteria established by the school districts may obtain work permits. Participants gain valuable wrok experience by participating in Community Service Opportunities and Work Project programs.
