In addition, we sell handcrafted, hand painted ceramics from various regions in Italy. | Established a century ago and located in a historic building in the heart of La Jolla, the Athenaeum is one of only 17 nonprofit membership libraries in the country. Over the past century, the Athenaeum has grown into a vital cultural center specializing in music and visual art, and offering a depth and accessibility of cultural resources and programs found nowhere else in the region. In addition to the loan of its extensive collections, the Athenaeum sponsors a diverse schedule of concerts, exhibitions, lectures, and tours, as well as studio art classes for adults and children. |
