| Veterans Village of San Diego’s [V.V.S.D.] East County Employment and Training office is a non-profit organization. Targeting unemployed veterans, our focus includes long-term careers with sustainable wages and retention. We provide comprehensive Veterans Employment-Related Assistance Program (VEAP) services to eligible veterans. We utilize over 60 vocational schools, Community Colleges and Adult Training Schools for specialized job training, basic skills and introductory computer training. For over 17 years, VVSD has successfully partnered with local Workforce Investment Act (WIA) operators, EDD and other veteran programs. |
