South Bay Community Services is a 35 year-old multi-service, private, 501(c)(3) non-profit community development organization whose mission is to provide children, youth and families in San Diego's South Bay area with services that reinforce the family's role in our community. KIDZBIZ is a program created to introduce kids to entreprneurial business.

SBCS is a 35 year old multi-service organization whose mission is to provide children, youth and families with services which reinforce the family’s role in our community and assist individuals in achieving self-fulfillment. This is addressed through culturally competent bilingual (English/Spanish) services including those for youth (Juvenile Delinquency & Diversion, Critical Hours after school programming, Community Assessment Team, gender specific services, counseling for child victims of family violence, Teen Recovery Center, Peer leadership, and shelter), and adult services (including Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment, shelter for homeless families, transitional and permanent affordable housing, economic development opportunities, and Mental Health Services).
