The Transitional Youth Academy is a community-based colloabortive program that helps connect at risk-youth, and current and fomer foster youth ages 14-21, with opprtunities to open doors to a successful future. The programs works with County Probation, Foster Care, Juvenile Court, and Tri-City Schools to identify those youth in need of services. This is a free program in the cities of Oceanside,Carlsbad and Vista.
