The Pacific Beach Teen Leadership Center (PBTLC) is a project of Center for Community Solutions (CCS). CCS is a 35 year old 501C (3) non-profit agency specializing in violence prevention and crisis intervention. The after school program at the PBTLC carries out the mission of CCS by providing Pacific Beach Middle School youth with a safe, violence free environment in which to learn, develop, and socialize during those critical after school hours when research has shown that children have an increased likelihood of being either perpetrators or victims of crime.
