| Each year the Garden Club of Pauma Valley holds an annual plant and bake sale at the post office. Club members bake scrumptions goodies and local nurseries donate plants of many varities to be sold. Proceeds benefit community projects as well as the Valley Center High School Agriculture Department

| Pauma Valley Lions Club grants-supports projects that fill the gaps between what is being done and what needs to be done to curb the rapid growth of preventable and reversable blindness. Our projects respond to one or more of the leading causes of blindness, cataract, trachoma, onchocerciases (river blindness), glaucoma nd diabetic retinopathy. Standard grants meet a wide range of community needs, including construction of schools and hospitals, homes for the elderly and the development of training for the disabled.
