SER provides services to out-of-school youth who reside in the North County (Inland & Coastal). The program works with youth who have dropped out of school or have completed high school/GED but need employment or educational assistance. Key services offered include career assessment, career exploration and educational activities. In addition, youth have access to a paid employment-readiness training program, paid internship and educational and occupational skills training.
