Arbor E&T, LLC provides services to youth in South San Diego County. Arbor E&T offers out-of-school youth services that include professional placement, secondary education, occupational skills training, and GED goals. SBCS is a 35 year old multi-service organization whose mission is to provide children, youth and families with services which reinforce the family’s role in our community and assist individuals in achieving self-fulfillment.
