| The Vista Townsite Community Partnership (VTCP) was founded in 1996 under the name of the Vista Townsite Area Partnership (VTAP). VTAP was a coalition of the Townsite residents, social services agencies, the City of Vista, and the Sheriff’s Department. In its short existence, the VTAP was very active, completing many projects that contributed to an improved quality of life in the Townsite. Our mission is to work with families, including youth, to improve the quality of their lives. This includes being a weed and seed safe haven for the City of Vista's weed and seed program. |
